CASTING CALL
Join us on Thursday, November 6th from 6pm to 10pm for a casting call for our new project, "The Artist." Please review the project overview and character descriptions below. Select one audition script and learn the lines before attending. Strong singing skills are required for some roles, so come prepared to sing. ​In the gritty heart of the city, Jay, is a passionate singer from the hood, battling the shadows of his past and the weight of tragedy. His life takes a devastating turn.

The chaos culminates at his loved one's funeral, where Jay's witnesses a murder.In a world filled with danger and loss,
Jay struggles to find solace in music. As he navigates the treacherous landscape of grief and ambition, he meets Zharia, the city's top artist, whose upbeat music contrasts sharply with Jay's pain.
"The Artist" delves deep into the struggles of love, ambition, and survival, painting a vivid portrait of two artists fighting against the odds to find their voices in a world determined to silence them. Each character's story unfolds against a backdrop of music, heartbreak, deceit, triumph, love and resilience, making it a compelling drama about finding strength in the face of adversity.
